USE AND CARE: Compatible with induction, gas, electric, halogen, and vitroceramic stovetops. Oven, grill, and broiler safe up to 500°F. Hand wash only. Allow to cool before washing. Use a nylon scrub brush to remove food residue and stains. For proper seasoning, apply a thin layer of oil to season the pan after every use. Place it in a warm oven for 15-20 minutes to let the pan absorb the oil. Let the pan cool down then wipe with a soft cloth to remove excess oil.
